• Consumable Parts — batteries (unless defect) • Environmental Factors — extreme temp/humidity • Loss of Data or Software — user must backup • Products without Valid Proof — altered serial or no receipt |

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Important Policy Notes
Non-Transferable: Warranty valid only for original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty on Replacements: Warranty can be claimed only one time. If product is replaced, warranty does not continue for replacement. If repaired, original warranty continues.
Final Determination: UTECH Pakistan reserves the sole right to determine whether a product defect is covered under this warranty.
